Sunday Fun Day: Where the Wild Things Are

Details

Sunday, September 24, 2017 -
2:00pm to 4:00pm
Storytime Room

Banned Books Week, the annual celebration of the freedom to read, will be held the week of September 24th in 2017. Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak, was challenged widely because of it's inclusion of "witchcraft and supernatural elements." Come make a Wild Thing paper bag puppet, Max mask, and celebrate your freedom to read!
