In the event of a life threatening emergency like a heart attack or choking, every minute before help arrives is important. What do you do after calling 9-1-1? This 30 minute lifesaving skills class could help you save someone’s life.

Hands-only CPR, use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and choking response can be learned in as little as 30 minutes. This short workshop, consisting of a video presentation followed by hands-on practice led by Johnson County Ambulance staff, can give you the basic lifesaving skills you need to make a difference in those first few minutes until emergency services arrive.

Each session is limited to 15 people. Registration is required.
