Standard Setup: The standard setup for Room A is 50 chairs auditorium style: 5 rows of 5 chairs on either side of a wide center aisle. 2 tables and 4 chairs at the front of the room and 2 tables at the back of the room. (Groups must return rooms to the standard set-up.)

Standard Equipment: In addition to the standard setup above, Room A also includes a Presentation Podium with Microphone (integrated computer, overhead, slide, VHS, DVD, and digital presentation equipment) and Piano.

Optional Equipment: Optional equipment that must be reserved in advance for Room A includes 3'x6' Tables (up to 16), Round 5' Tables (up to 5), Chairs (up to 114), Easels (up to 4), Flip Charts (up to 2), Hearing Augmentation Systems (up to 8), Cordless Microphones (up to 8, Lavalier), Standard Microphones (up to 8, requires stand), Microphone Desk Stands (up to 6), and Microphone Floor Stands (up to 2).

Hours Available:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Notes:

Evening meetings in Rooms A, B, C, and D must start at least one hour before the library closes, and all meeting attendees must be in the lobby or meeting rooms when the Library closes.

Rooms A, B, & C can be reserved together for a total capacity of 400. The Library owns 200 chairs.

When all three rooms are reserved, event must be open to the public.
