Learning Lunch with Iowa Tech Chicks

Tech Chicks are invited to join Laura Christenson for a presentation on Writing for the Web. This training is for anyone responsible for content that needs to be on the web. Learn how to make your web text easy to navigate, easy to understand, and easy to use. In this training Laura will cover the differences between print and web writing, tips for writing for the web, when to use PDF documents & a writing workshop.



Laura Christenson is currently a Web Presence Coordinator for the University of Iowa, responsible for moving various department’s static websites into Drupal. Before that, she was Website Coordinator at ACT for over 10 years. She helps improve the user experience of websites and apps.
