Yoga for Tweens: with Dana Robinson of Sweet Feet Yoga

Strengthen your body, relieve anxiety and stress, gain confidence and flexibility, all while having tons of fun! This class specially planned for ten, eleven and twelve-year-olds is filled with poses, games, and a deep relaxation. Join us for Fun*Focus*Flexibility!
