Food Preservation 101

Join Rachel Wall, Nutrition and Health Specialist with ISU Extension and Outreach, to learn the basics of safe canning, freezing, and dehydrating of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Learn the most current, research-based guidelines. Free dial-gauge pressure canner lid testing is also available (note: All-American and Burpee models cannot be tested).
