EntreFest: General/Small Business: Business Planning For Entrepreneurs with Little Time and Little Money

If you donít know your destination how will you know when youíve arrived? If you donít have a map Ė how will you navigate?

An entrepreneur/small business person wears many hats and has to spend a lot of time working in the business as opposed to on the business. This often means that the essential activity of business planning gets pushed to the right and the business develops haphazardly.

This session will cover affordable, practical approaches to business planning that can be fit into a small business personís week. The essential elements of a business plan will be introduced as well as the differing emphases a plan will need depending on its audiences.

This event is a part of the EntreFest 2014. The breakout sessions at the Library are free and open to the public.
