ResourcesForLife.com Conference

The Resources for Life Conference 2008 is scheduled for August 8 to 10, and includes the Small House Society Conference 2008.



Day 1, August 8, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The conference begins with registration and an introductory presentation and workshop. Location: Meeting Room A at the Iowa City Public Library.



Day 2, August 9, 10:00 AM - 6 PM. The second day of the conference will included workshops exploring the seven areas of life presented on the Map page of the ResourcesForLife.com website. The textbook used for the workshops is Put Your Life on a Diet by Gregory Johnson - available at Prairie Lights in Iowa City. Location: Meeting Room A (10 - 12:30) & B (12:30 - 6) at the Iowa City Public Library.



Day 3, August 10, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The third day of the conference will consist of workshops focusing on strategies for smaller and simpler living. This is also the Small House Society Conference 2008. Location: Meeting Room A at the Iowa City Public Library.



Mobile Hermitage. For those interested, tours of the 140 square foot Mobile Hermitage can be scheduled for the morning on Sunday.



All are welcome to the weekend conference events. However, we request that you RSVP to register with us prior to the event.
