World Wednesdays are the perfect opportunity to learn about and celebrate world cultures! Each week we will learn by doing with a craft, game or activity that explores a different part of the world.

Mancala is the most popular board game to come from Africa. A Mancala game board is usually made of wood that have various numbers of holes carved in them. Seeds, beans, or stones are moved around according to different rules, and victory is achieved when one player has captured all of the seeds. Today we will making and decorating our own Mancala games and learning how to play.
